1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure fast and safe delivery. Estimated delivery times are:

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment. You can also track your order under the ‘My Orders’ section on our website.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our shipping services to international locations soon.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at customersupport@5amoriginals.in with your order details.
• In case of a lost shipment, we will investigate and provide a resolution (replacement or refund).

7. Return to Sender (RTS) Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept delivery, customers will be responsible for the re-shipping charges.
